The Setup
What we were working with.
The Problem
There were several challenges. Initially, there was no coherent YouTube ad strategy, leading to ineffective campaigns. Previous attempts resulted in a high cost per lead (CPL). Additionally, attracting quality leads for the workshops was difficult.
The Objective
Build a stronger digital presence and connect the brand with its intended audience.
Our Solution
Royal Ads Agency implemented a multi-step solution: optimizing the landing page (CRO), providing a high-converting ad script framework, creating targeted audiences, and launching and optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement.

The objective
Build a stronger digital presence and connect the brand with its intended audience.
The strategy
Royal Ads Agency implemented a multi-step solution: optimizing the landing page (CRO), providing a high-converting ad script framework, creating targeted audiences, and launching and optimizing campaigns for continuous improvement.
The execution
The planning phase involved transitioning from free webinar funnels to paid ads, auditing existing creatives, scripting new ads, preparing ad videos, and creating relevant audience segments. During implementation, initial focus on free webinar funnels generated leads but had a low show-up rate. Shifting to 99 ticket campaigns, the agency audited the funnel, tested Facebook creatives on YouTube, and used a high-converting ad script framework. Nearly 35 campaigns were launched, identifying 7 winning audiences and 5 effective creatives. Once winning campaigns were identified, the focus shifted to scaling by lowering CPL and optimizing performance daily, ensuring sustained success.
The outcome
The updated campaign result is 600 leads for each weekly webinar. This describes a webinar-level acquisition result, rather than a daily lead count. Campaign outcomes depend on the offer, audience, creative and reporting period.
